Saying "No" for a Less Stressful Life

Think about it... Do you take on too much at work? Do you do things for others you don't really want to do simply because you can't find it in yourself to say "no"?

Many of us want to be of help to others, but when we find ourselves out of balance and not getting our own needs met, then maybe it's time to consider setting some boundaries. Stronger boundaries and resist the urge to please others around us.
